MERIDIAN FORKS-Basic Procedure

SOUND HEALING WITH TUNING FORKS MERIDIAN FORKS
Basic Procedure:

You will use each meridian fork at least 3 times.
Follow your intuition as to which order you use to do the three options.
1. Use tuning fork over the physical organ eg for the Lung Meridian you would tune the lungs by waving the fork over the organ.
2. Use the tuning fork at the source point by either pointing tines down or actually placing the stem on the specific point.
3. Use the tuning fork to follow the basic path of the meridian from the starting point to the ending point.

Following is basic information about each meridian and the start point, basic path, end point and source point.

The following sequence is suggested based on the order in which the Chinese place the meridians based on flow.

Remember that the basic twelve organ meridians are paired so you would do each side.
Always start with the left meridian and then do the right meridian.
